Booking & payment terms

Booking and payment terms for Kyrgyz Escape tours.

1. Booking

  • A 30% deposit of the tour price confirms your booking.
  • The remaining 70% is paid before the trip starts.

2. Cancellation and refunds

  • Cancel 14 or more days before the tour — we refund 100% of the deposit.
  • Cancel 7–13 days before — we refund 50% of the deposit.
  • Cancel less than 7 days before — the deposit is not refunded, except where the law requires it.

3. Changes to the itinerary

  • The route may change because of weather or for safety reasons.
  • Additional services are paid separately.
