01Do I need a visa for Kyrgyzstan?
Citizens of more than 60 countries, including the EU, USA, UK and CIS, can stay in Kyrgyzstan visa-free for 30–60 days. We'll confirm the requirements for your passport.
02When is the best time to visit?
June to September is best for mountain and lake tours. Spring and autumn are great for cultural programs and Issyk-Kul; winter is for skiing in Karakol and snowy valleys.
03How do booking and payment work?
You send a request, we agree the details on WhatsApp and send you the itinerary. The booking is confirmed with a deposit and the balance is paid on arrival. No online payment is needed.
04Are the tours suitable for children and beginners?
Yes. Easy tours suit families and travellers with no experience. For trekking we'll explain the effort level and gear in advance.
05Can the itinerary be changed?
Of course. Any tour can be adapted: add days, places or activities, or upgrade the comfort level.
06What should I pack?
Comfortable shoes, warm layers (it's cool in the mountains even in summer), sunscreen and sunglasses. We'll send a detailed list after booking.
